{Sincere gratitude to whomsoever invented the exquisite concept of free drinks on Dubai Ladies Nights}
Many late nights, drinks and worn out dancing heels have gone into the research required to write such literature. I would like to thank my friends for their tenacity to venture into the glittering city of Dubai to keep our midnight adventures going, rallying the troops together with a unifying text of “so… where to tonight?” ❤
Without further ado, here is my list of suggestions and their Ladies’ Night based on whatever vibe you’re feelin’ tonight.

Feelin’ Posh
- Drai’s Beach Club – Without a doubt my new favorite club in the city, Drai’s offers a lavish arena of beats once the party really kicks off at 1am (they’re open till 4am). As one of the four mega-clubs in Meydan (known for hosting the Dubai World Cup: the world’s richest day in horse-racing), you should dress to impress to get in with this bougie crew. DJs typically start the nights on House music while free drinks flow before revving into dance anthems, reggaeton and strong mixes of R&B. For an added touch of glam, Drai’s provides glitter artists who’ll add festive rhinestones and glitter to your face! Location: Meydan Racecourse. Ladies Night: Tuesday, free drinks 10pm-4am.
- White Dubai – Located on the rooftop of the Meydan Hotel, White gifts you a view like no other of the Dubai skyline. Like Drai’s, this Meydan mega-club is also picky with their attendees, so queue early (11:30pm) and without a shadow of a doubt, wear heels. As the party starts to fill, White is definitely more enjoyable if you’ve got a table area to drink and dance in. The arena-like venue tends to become a huge mosh-pit, and it’s a lot easier to breathe above the masses below.
White Dubai offers the best view of the skyline - BOA Lounge & Club – Newly revamped, BOA is worth it for the people-watching as much as dancing. Split into two sections, you can either smoke shisha and sip opulent drinks with a stunning view of Downtown Dubai or you can head in further to the club. There you’ll find models dancing on the central elevated ramp and various overhead rings contorting intriguingly to the beat and laser lights. Beware of the aggressive wind blasts — while it feels fantastic in a crowded space, it also wrecks havoc with dresses and tresses. Location: V Hotel, Al Habtoor City. Ladies Night: Sunday, free drinks 8pm-3am.
BOA’s fiery visual effects sometimes make me think we’re all dancing in a fabulously AC-ed hell.
Feelin’ Quirky
- Mr. Miyagi’s – One of my spots for a chill but quirky night, Mr. Miyagi’s is a Japanese restaurant and bar tumbling with excitement and eccentric decor! Expect a rowdy British and Aussie crowd, beer pong tables under a cherry blossom tree as well as literal midget men doing acrobatic stunts on a rickshaw! Location: Media One Hotel, Media City. Ladies Night: Tuesday, bento box, 3 cocktails for Dhs. 99 or unlimited drinks from 8pm for Dhs.99.
You’ll keep noticing new funky decor pieces at Mr. Miyagi’s (PC: Times of India)
- House Party Bar – If you’re missing college frat houses look no further. House Party is set up exactly like a – you guessed it – Greek life house party. The bar is set up in the kitchen filled with red solo cups. Seating is spread out across the sofas in the living room, bedroom and even a bathroom, where a tub has been transformed into a table. Keep in mind that the venue is shared with Cirque le Soir, so be sure to check which section is open the night you’re going out 🙂 Location: Fairmont Hotel, Sheikh Zayed Road. Ladies Night: Wednesday, 3 free house beverages, 50% on food.
In case you’re ever missing Fraternity Row, head here. Inside the House Party Bar - Wavehouse – swing sets, bean bags and egg chairs comprise the seating in this wonderful tropical-themed Atlantis hangout. From an arcade (Pacman anyone?) to a boozy bowling alley, Wavehouse features multi-level entertainment. Live bands, a DJ, a surfer’s wave machine below and of-course excellent Caribbean drinks make Wavehouse a winning night out. Location: The Avenues, Atlantis, The Palm. Ladies Night: Tuesday, three free drinks, free rides on the wave machine and Dhs. 100 for the arcades from 7pm-1am.
Anyone up for bowling at Wavehouse?
Feelin’ Bollywood
- INKA – I’ve only written one suggestion here because INKA has remained Aashna’s and my absolute favorite spot for a Bollywood night since we first arrived in Dubai now almost a year ago. The bouncers (Bassem!), DJs (Bharat, you rockstar) and owner (hey Dennis!) treat their regulars like family and indulge you to the maximum when the Peruvian restaurant overlooking the Burj Khalifa and all the action of Downtown, switches gears at 11:30pm on Thursday nights to become a Bollywood fan’s delight. Location: Sofitel, Downtown Dubai. Ladies Night: N/A
Aashna and I love the glitter artists at Drai’s and at Mr. Miyagi’s!
Feelin’ like Sippin’
- Vault – Drinks with a view! For a sophisticated night, treat yourself to the Vault for some drinks – especially if you like the smoky kind. The crowd is elegant so if you’re looking for a little black dress and heels kinda night, this is the locale for you. Location: JW Marriott Marquis, Business Bay. Ladies Night: Tuesday, three free drinks from 7pm-midnight.
- Treehouse DXB: A bit on the pricey side, but you’re paying for the exquisite Burj Khalifa view while smoking shisha at Treehouse. It’s a great spot to take guests visiting Dubai if you’re looking to round off the night while still enjoying the sights. Location: Taj Hotel, Business Bay. Ladies Night: Tuesday, unlimited white, red and sparkling wines for Dhs. 99.
- Grapeskin: Relaxed and fun, Grapeskin is ideal for a night when you just want to talk and sip some good wine. The crowd is typically chill but classy, and often caters to people unwinding after work or post-dinner. I usually go for the rosé. Location: La Ville Hotel, City Walk. Ladies Night: Tuesday, two free glasses of house wine and a free cheeseboard.
- Belgian Beer Cafe: This multistory bar is a great place to spend a chill night or as a meeting spot if you want to start out a longer night with friends with some delicious food and drinks before hitting up the nightclubs across the hotel lobby. Depending on whether you sit indoor or on the rooftop, you’ll experience a different flavor of the bar! Location: Grand Millennium Hotel, Barsha Heights. Ladies Night: Tuesday & Saturday, three free drinks from 9pm-1am.
Feelin’ Designer
- Cavalli Club – Owned by celebrated fashion designer, Roberto Cavalli, the Cavali Club is sure to be a glamorous night. This one’s still on my list! Location: Fairmont Hotel, Sheikh Zayed Road. Ladies Night: Monday, Dhs. 150 for a three-course meal (sushi etc.) and free unlimited drinks from 8:30pm-midnight.
- Armani|Privé: Known for their R&B and reggaeton soundtracks, Armani|Privé has the best address in town with its residence at the tallest building in the world. Tuesdays are famous for their Latin pop nights and this one remains on my nightlife list. This exclusive club will definitely have a cover charge and requires your classiest clubbing attire. Location: Burj Khalifa, Downtown Dubai. Ladies Night: Tuesday, free entry and unlimited free drinks with wristband upon entry before midnight, 2 free drinks if arriving after midnight.
Feelin’ Hip Hop
- VII – Head to the Conrad Hotel if you’re looking for dance-offs and classic hip-hop in this Brooklyn-inspired graffiti joint. With three ladies nights a week, the VII is a solid choice if you’re in the mood for underground house, rap or hip-hop. Location: Conrad Hotel, Sheikh Zayed Road. Ladies Night: Mon/Wed free drinks till midnight, Tuesday free unlimited drinks.
- 1 Oak – If you’re looking for strong hip hop vibes, look no further than 1 Oak. Glamorous with a slightly underground chic vibe, 1 Oak even has a red lit maze strewn with fallen golden crowns. You’ll also be greeted at its tunnel entrance by a huge King Kong statue. Location: JW Marriott Marquis, Business Bay. Ladies Night: Sunday; unlimited free select drinks.
Feelin’ like a Fun, Crowded Time
- Lucky Voice: You can karaoke or dance at this two-story Dubai favorite! Lucky Voice always promises a fun and crowded time. It’s definitely a popular one, so try to get there before the crowds hit or you will be turned away by bouncers once Lucky’s hits capacity. You can always try LSB or Belgian Beer in the same hotel if the queue’s too long! Location: Grand Millennium, Barsha Heights. Ladies Night: Tuesday, five free drinks, 30% off food, free karaoke from 5pm-10pm.
Lucky Voice is such a favorite
- Lock, Stock & Barrel (LSB): This industrial-style place gets packed to the brim with lively squads! Definitely a go-to if you’re looking for a fun vibe, but be prepared to battle a crowd. Dancing on table tops and on stage is cheered and also a nice respite from the pushing and shoving inevitable in such a crowded space. If you’re looking to get drinks and some good calamari before, hit up Belgian Beer located just across the hall before! Location: Grand Millennium, Barsha Heights. Ladies Night: Tuesday, three free drinks from 6pm-1am.
With new places opening all the time and rumor has it — over 200 Ladies Nights a week, there’s always something interesting to do with Dubai nights. So where are you headed next? 🙂 Until next time, keep exploring! xoxo #nikitalyfe
Keep an eye on your alcohol intake. Enjoy yourself but be careful. Ever considered a job as a reviewer, you would make a very good one.
